Where are Zubalu's Servers?
Our data centre is located in Sydney. If you do run a business or website in Australia, purchasing a hosting plan with Zubalu means your website will load much faster especially for users in Australia.
What is SSL security?
SSL ensures that your website’s data is encrypted and your visitors can see that their connection to your site is secure. For more info, check out our post on: Why you need SSL
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes absolutely. Whenever you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan, simply send through a support ticket through and we will sort it out for you immediately.
How can I activate SSL?
- Login to the Zubalu customer portal
- Â Head over to the active plan you have
- Login to cpanel
- Scroll down and click on Lets Encrypt SSL
Do I need a domain name?
In order to begin creating your website, you do require a domain to purchase a hosting plan at Zubalu. During checkout you can either choose to register a new domain name or use an existing domain name you already own.
